There is no contact form on this site and no chat widget, because Focus Network collects no information from readers and has nowhere to put it. Correspondence goes to one address, read by the Legionella Personal s.r.o. editorial team.
Write in English. A reply normally takes a few business days. Please include the page address you are writing about — it is the difference between a correction taking minutes and taking a week.
What to write about
- Corrections
- An error of fact, a broken link, or a passage that has gone out of date. Quote the sentence and name the page. Corrections are made on the page, and the review date in the footer is updated when the meaning changes.
- Sources
- If a claim on this site is not clearly attributable to a primary source, that is a fault worth reporting. We would rather remove a sentence than leave one standing that we cannot support.
- Privacy requests
- Access, correction and complaint requests under the Australian Privacy Principles go to the same address. The privacy policy explains what exists to be accessed, which is very little, and names the regulator you can escalate to.
- Advertising and commercial enquiries
- The site's one commercial arrangement is described on the affiliate disclosure page. Enquiries are welcome at the same address and are answered by a person rather than a sales process.
What we cannot help with
Focus Network is not connected to any game publisher and has no access to any game account. Requests about accounts, purchases, refunds, bans or technical faults in a game have to go to that game's publisher; we cannot pass them on, look anything up, or intervene. If an account has been taken, the recovery steps are set out in the accounts entry, and Australian reporting routes are listed there too.
We also do not accept guest articles, sponsored posts, link placements or product submissions, and unsolicited material of that kind is deleted unread.
