Reading the site means these terms apply to that reading. There is nothing to register for and no account to hold, so there is no agreement beyond this one.
What this site is
The site is an informational knowledge base about a category of computer game, written for a general audience in Australia. It is not professional advice of any kind, and it is not security, legal, financial or consumer advice. It is not the official site of any game publisher, it is not operated by or on behalf of any game publisher, and nothing on it is an endorsement by any publisher.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
Entries are written carefully and reviewed periodically, and the review date appears in the footer of every page. Even so, information about games changes without notice: publishers alter mechanics, prices, system requirements, regional availability and account terms whenever they choose. Where something on this site matters to a decision you are making, check it against the publisher's own current pages before acting on it. If you find an error, writing to info@focusnetwork.online is the fastest way to have it corrected.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites, including government resources and one game publisher's site, which is reached through a paid affiliate link described on the affiliate disclosure page. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their terms or their privacy practices, and a link is not a recommendation of anything beyond the specific thing the linking sentence describes. Once you leave this site, this policy stops applying and theirs begins.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established.
